Carrot Cake Recipe - my version

Khas untuk Kak Inahar.....

Bahan2 yang diperlukan:
125g butter....I guna cap buttercup
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
2 biji telur gred A
1/2 cup susu cair...guna whipping cream pun ok ja
1 camca teh esen vanilla
1 camca teh cinnamon powder
1 cup carrot - grated
1 cup nut...I guna walnut

Cara2 membuatnya:
1. Preheat oven 175 C....Grease loaf tin dengan butter then alaskan dgn baking paper.
2. Grated carrot tadi digaul dengan 3 camca besar self-raising flour sampai sebati.
3. Butter, castor sugar, brown sugar dikisarkan together2 sampai sebati. Then telur dimasukkan
one by one, followed by the esen vanilla, cinnamon power and susu cair or whipping
cream lepas tu mix together sampai all the bahan2 sebati.
4. Then, put all the grated carrot and the nuts into the mixture dan kacau sampai sebati.
5. Masukkan mixture tadi ke dlm loaf tin tadi.
6. Bake for 1 hour. Sejukkan kek tu dulu...then baru bleh dingap......

Ni la rupanya Carrot Cake My Version tu....still dalam loaf tin lagi........selamat mencuba ya....

  2. Ni antara kek yg kja suka rasanya, selain drp butter cake.. Tp time panas je lah.. Bila dah sejuk, kurang gemar skit..
